NicFilm PP95 MW is a matt white topcoated biaxially orientated polypropylene film, with high resistance to water, grease and chemicals.
It can be printed with most conventional print methods and enduse additional printing with Thermal Transfer technology using the appropriate resin or wax/resin ribbons.
We recommend that customers assess both the pre-print and the thermal transfer print characteristics under end use conditions before proceeding to long runs.

The adhesive raw materials are listed under European/US food packaging regulations (BgVV XIV or FDA 21 175.105) and are safe for use in limited contact with foodstuffs.
The materials used have been tested and comply with the current heavy metals regulations EN71-3 Safety of Toys and the UK Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 1998.

General purpose, strong permanent adhesive with good chill characteristics.
NP500 has excellent initial tack with high bond strength at elevated, room and chilled temperatures, as well as in moist conditions.
It has been formulated to adhere to a wide variety of substrates, including corrugated cardboard, low surface energy materials like polyethylene and non-polar surfaces.
NP500 provides enhanced conversion characteristics, allowing diecutting at higher speeds and is designed for both paper and synthetic face materials
