FSC NicTherm NTC is a white, woodfree paper, with black imaging thermosensitive coating.
It is designed for short term use in relatively clean and dry environments, where there are no requirements for surface protection against contaminants or scruffing.
It can be printed with most conventional print methods, if inks and varnishes designed for direct thermal paper are used.
This thermal paper has a standard sensitivity, making it suitable for print speeds up to 250 mm/s, depending on printer settings.
We recommend customers to assess both preprint and thermal print characteristics under enduse conditions before proceeding to long runs.
All data in this leaflet to be considered as typical values and are subject to change without prior notice.
The facestock is made from FSC® certified paper (FSC Mix Credit, chain-of-custody number: SAICOC-013044, Certificate Number 0175411)
This product does not contain Bisphenol A.
The adhesive raw materials are listed under European/US food packaging regulations (BgVV XIV or FDA 21 175.105) and are safe for use in limited contact with foodstuffs.
The materials used have been tested and comply with the current heavy metals regulations EN71-3 Safety of Toys and the UK Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 1998.

Special purpose, strong permanent adhesive with excellent deep-freeze characteristics.
NF300 has excellent initial tack with high bond strength at very low temperatures, as well as in moist conditions.
It has been formulated to adhere to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy materials like polyethylene and non-polar surfaces.
NF300 provides enhanced conversion characteristics, allowing die-cutting at higher speeds and is designed for both paper and synthetic face materials

Meets composition requirement of indirect food additives regulation FDA175.105, BfR XIV. Approved for direct contact with dry and moist nonfatty foods.
Due to the nature of the adhesive the risk for ingredients migrating though the paper is imminent, causing discoloration, lower quality thermal imaging and reduced adhesive performance.
Not suitable for labelling highly plasticized materials, e.g. flexible PVC.
GL5 glassine backing allows high speed conversion and consistent dispensing on a wide range of equipment.
